Project Dugout

$1,790.00 raised
GOAL: $2,500.00
71.6% funded
Thanks to Bangor Savings Bank who generously matched $500 in donations to Project Dugout.

Project Leader: Keri York

The benches in the dugouts at the softball and baseball fields behind Stearns high school barely hold players any longer. Sterns Lumber is helping out with the lumber, and Coach Donny is donating the time and labor to build completely new, sturdy benches for the baseball and softball dugouts.

This is the beginning of a plan to spruce-up the dugouts at the baseball and softball fields. Parents, players and volunteers are already working on repairing the roofs, painting and cleaning up the dugouts. This is part one of a larger plan to repair the fields.

Let’s help our baseball and softball players get new benches!
